But think of it as an excuse to make sure your pride and joy is polished and all good and ready at least a week before, and give it a shake down run out to lovely Maldon Promenade Park this Sunday. This is a lovely event, lots to see and do, live bands and a lovely spot right next to the river Blackwater. I think there were over 600 cars there last year. If there is enough interest, I could consider a club stand. But it's a minimum cost of £20 for a club stand, so ideally want more than 5-6 cars there. The ideal would be 10! If you can let me know on here ASAP please if you're interested? If not enough for the club stand, we can arrange to meet and drive in together at least. Please reply yes or no on here, thanks. This was the same day as your Darling Buds show mate, so wasn't sure what you'd prefer? But great if you want to come along to this, gives us more of a chance at that perfect 10!
