I am hoping to travel over on the Friday night and catch the racing on Saturday, then I am heading South to see my Folks. Not in a manta this time though, unfortunately. Been over for the Ulster and North west a few times, grew up down south and always went to the Road races at Fore to see Joey and Robert Dunlop, Frank Kennedy, Robo. Didn't realise at the time what it all really meant watching these guys , but glad I did . Although I have never owned a bike, I think these guys are the bravest of the brave, commitment has a whole different meaning. I have a DVD of the North West during the 1980 s and a B reg Bertie Fisher 400 Replica is in it.............Just a few seconds , but its there !
