Hi All

Does anyone please know how the chrome trim on either side of windscreen on an A series comes off as mine seems to be bonded on and cant see any clips ...many thanks Mick unsure.gif

I would suggest you get in touch with Simon P at Suffolk County Manta's, website www.suffolkcountymantas.co.uk

He knows plenty about the A series and has no doubt done plenty of screens in his time. Or pm him on here under Simon P.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

the crome in the rubber of windscreen don't have any clips, the trim just are fixed by the rubber, in my A i just start pulling out in one end and it gets all out.

Try to check if your is glued.

Cheers

Costa

Hello, sorry but my english is limited and some times i don't understand there are some tecnical terms that i have to learn, but i wish always to learn.

Is this trim? In the image you see the trim in the windscreen the one that i say that is just to pull. The other that go around the side windows is easy to take off

If your manta don't have the b pillar you just unscrew the fake b pillar and the open in the glass, then you take the rubbers of, i think that you have one our two screws fixing the rubers

After take the rubbers you have in the crome another screws, take that off and the trim in the up have some clips just give a little turn and it come off.

Hope this images help, this is from my manta.
