Kevin Abbott Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 think i did them like this, but it was many years ago and the manta is miles away at the unit for me to check.. so no warranty Insert bar into hole on boot lid hinge,boot open and propped in the up position, take some large strong locking pliers and clamp to other end, turn the ( middle ) end to it torque up the bar while pulling back only just enough to engage the retainer in the boot ( the middle bit the bar slots into on the top underneath of the boot recess, if that makes sense ) Regards Kev Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
