monzta Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 Hi guys. Just wanted to show you one of my old cars. It´s a Opel Monza A1 from 79´. I bought it in Germany and drove it 600km to Denmark. It clocked 100.000 km when i was driving home (a epic moment). The car was 100% original, only had one owner, and a full service history and had service done every 6 months at the same garage in 25 years until i bought it. Unfortunatly the car hadn´t been running the last 2 years so every gasket that could break did. So the 2,8 lump gave way to a 3,0 goldtop (30NE) from a Carlton GSi (Omega 3000). I then gave it a ENEM camshaft and tripple 40mm dellorto´s .. That car went like hell. I have never had a car where a LSD acutally was needed untill i drove this beast. !!! When spinning the wheels at 100km/h it isnt fun not to be able to handle a car !!!
