Redrob666
I am in need of the above items, I have tried a few used volt stabilisers and get different faults so has anyone got new item or a fully guaranteed working one. I am fed up pulling my dash apPart. The release handle is for a early B Berlinetta just to put a matched pair in a car so it doesn't need to be new or even perfect as the car is not a show car. Thanks, Bob.
Shug
I have a spare voltage regulator somewhere. Its one of the new batch, not opel part. Cant for the life of me remember what I paid for it, but how does a tenner posted sound? (assuming you are in the UK!) Alternatively, a smiths one would probably work. About 14 quid I think. Redrob666
I did try that first and couldn't get my big fat hands up to it. When I did strip the dash it was a very tight fit so even if I had reached it I doubt it would have come out. I might try to get my son to reach up to it when I get a replacement though cos I hope it will be a bit less tight now. Cheers, Bob.

Joe
Some folks make up three wires with the appropriate spade connectors on the ends. You can then push these onto the back of the dash and plug the VR into them in a more accessible spot. Colour code them to make sure you get the right ones to the right ones of course.
