Cosworth Front Discs

I see you can do a brake conversion on a manta using 2wd sierra cosworth front brake discs with early type calibra/ cavalier turbo/v6 calipers for 284mm discs.

Would the calipers off the later type for the 288mm discs work with the cosworth discs as i have tonnes of the later type calipers up the scrap yard and it would be fierce handy if i could use them instead??

I used early ones on mine. They are the same as the vectra v6 ones according to the brake pad box.

I think late ones are different and take a different disc.
