Arkade
Hi all, I've found some alloys I'm interested in for my Manta a. They are 15", 7j and I think and ET of 28. Does anyone know if these will fit, or if the width will give me problems?
611
Not sure on the offset have 37 on mine, and found that running 15 x 7j on mine with 205 - 50 - 15 on full lock the fronts rub on the valance. It looks ok just sat there when you test lock to lock but when on the move i think there must be a bit of movement in the bushes as they rub on full lock reversing. So you might need to bend the lip up a bit. And depending on how low you go you might need to check the rear arch lip as well. Apart from that no problems at all :-) Andy
Arkade
Thanks Andy, Think I may go for them then and if anything goes wrong, I can always sell them on... Cheers
611
I would if there a good price. I think its the right size for an A series as if you go bigger unless you get it just right they look a bit like you have just shoved a set of big wheels on. Not the best pic but mine when it was running with the wheels on.
Arkade
I missed out on them in the end, but have managed to find some which are exactly what I'm looking for Only problem is I think the offset is 16. There are again 15" 7j. Anybody know if this is workable?
Arkade
Actually I've just noticed that these are 4 x 130 so no worries. And so the search continues....
