Manta Gte Rev Counter Wiring

The feed comes from the coil. Not sure of the colour off the top of my head (Green I think). Will have to consult the wiring diagram when I get home from work.

I see you're in Carlisle. I'm in Whitehaven. Nice to see someone else into Manta's from round this neck of the woods!

Green is the rev counter wire colour indeed!!

I know another couple of folk in Carlisle with Manta's, the last one I had I broke (GSI Auto hatch) as my friend wanted an auto chevette estate . . but struggling to get the rev counter to work, I also have a Chevette HS, a couple of Chevannes and an XE Powered Kadett Estate that will be at most local shows this year.

if I recall theres two wires green ,and a white a separate pluck that goes into the back of your clocks unplug it if you got a multi meter or a neon tester you can check this with the ingnition on and cranking

The green and white wire are in the same half round plug on the back of the dash but I'm pretty certain the white doesn't do anything for the rev counter.
