CRAZYDAVE
I have been offered a 4HA salisbury axle from a Scimitar for my Manta B which i know can use a Jaguar Lsd. It measures 54 Inches width. If i remember correctly for a Manta B it should be the 56 Inch wide 4HA from the se6 Scimitar. The seller has suggested the 54 inch could be a good option for the Manta b allowing the car to run wider wheels on the rear. What are everyones thoughts on this? rutts
that is the one I am going to use, yes ideal for wider wheels but also for rear disc conversion also. got a powerloc diff and 4.55-1 ratio ready to go. bearings are mega cheap compared to manta axles. heavy axle though is down fall.

Great What sort of width of wheel would you say could run using this axle on a b series with standard arches? I was thinking 8's as 7's are pretty tight with the standard Manta axle. How much heavier than a Manta axle are they? Cheers
rutts
quite a bit heavier but the strength is enormous. 8inch should fit easily I am using 7inch 00et which will fit ok.
