TheRealExile
The Mrs has a 60 plate Corsa D which has only just hit 4,000 miles from new, she only goes to the train station and back. it has an auto box which has recently on the odd occasion started to take a while to change gear when going uphill, it can rev quite high until it changes. Thinking changing the ATF and filter might improve matters? anyone have any experience of working with the Corsa D as I'm not even sure if it has a filter and my initial google hasn't helped much :-( Cheers, Terry
andyc
There isn't a filter you can change unless you want to strip the box and split the casings. These are now sealed for life so I don't think you will be able to drain and fill. Might be a good idea to give it a few long runs and get the trans oil nice and hot, this might help Cheers Andy
TheRealExile
Thanks Andy, I'll give it a good run out... odd thing is I drove it yesterday albeit only for 10 miles but it seemed to behave for me
