yeti132
Does anyone have a 3.44 crown wheel and pinon for sale but must be a matching pair
399 road
I've got a GT/E one, but it lived on my garden for a while in its axle with no shafts so I'd have to look inside and see if it's ok or a pile of rust? It'd be cheap though if it's ok still. Luke.
yeti132
Yes please Luke just need the crown wheel and pinon getting a lsd fitted and just found out the one I brought does not fit its not a set ! different numbers on each bit 😤😡
399 road
If it's a Quaife ATB lsd, they only fit with a 3.67. My A has one with a 3.44 and it had to be machined to get it to work with the 3.44. I'll drop the backplate off this weekend and look inside for rust. Keep your fingers crossed... Luke.

399 road
Cool. You've got the proper one then. I've got one on a 3.67 in my coupe and another on a 3.67 in my Ascona. I prefer these to my A's ATB one. They're more predictable where as the ATB one keeps trying to kill me when accelerating hard on wet roads. ATB is a bit random. There's a place selling repro plates for the ZFs that I bought parts from in the U.K.
399 road
Hi. Really sorry but I'm going to have to let you down. I've dug this axle out and opened it up to find the diff is missing along with its crownwheel. Whoever removed it has put the sidebearings, their races and shims back inside though????? Sorry about this..... an embarrassed Luke.
