Needed Lowering Springs for 400 replica

My manta started out life as a gt/e model , Can I ask what springs are people using in there opel manta 400 replicas . ? 

How much are you lowering by to get a nice ride height for road use  ? 

Any info much appreciated..

I got springs from eBay rally/ track rated ones. But I use mine for track use might be too stiff for road use.

I also got a set from TJM which sit the car nicely. They are also stiff but they might not be just as stiff as the other eBay ones. See my project track manta for the photos.

im after some lowering rear springs for my 400r do you have the ling for where you had yours

ive been on stop with my project due to health prob but now had op and fully fit again so back working on the manta
