upk Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 vectra 1.7 turbo diesal 270mm solid disk ( 4 stud) 1995-2001 calipers from Zafira or astra 2001 on and i used ford weld on caliper brackets, hole pitch was same. nb you may need to open up the id of the disc slighly to sit on the spigot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They don t have the deep offset as Vauxhall discs have...You will need bolt on or weld on brackets and redrill stud holes to match Manta pcd @100mm. Manta handbrake cable can be reused, and ideally fit a Monza or Senator master cylinder as more fluid is needed to rear calipers than if using drums... rutts Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 i just love throwing another spanner in the works i used rover 420 diesel front vented discs (same PCD) but turned diameter down by 30mm, used scorpio cosworth rear calpers with brackets cut for manta axle that bolt on stub axle and weld on also. use a sierra handbrake cable put the cable facing rearwards and make a small bracket that bolts to rear shock lower mount bolt so to hold outer cable in a nice smooth arch then make/bolt brackets on gearbox tunnel to hold outer up near handbrake leaver. The aluminium bracket is in 2 parts, one shown in red, a c shape plate that holds the half shaft in and a plate, in black to bolt caliper on...
