fjz400 Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 I need a master cylinder for my car the old one poped its rear seal out and im unable to find the replacment even past parts are at a loss. I reqiure either a seal kit or complete new/used cylinder if anyone has one sitting around Any help or even a push in the direction would be good before I resort to using a std manta/monza one. mantadoc Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 I got a brand new master cylinder for the Manta from brakes international. Took about 6 weeks. When I picked it up I said "What was the hold up were they making it for me?" Sure enough the paint was still tacky.............. They list Manta 400 Rally master cylinders BMC4333 POA Other than that work through classic car mag for reconditioners. upk Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 when i needed seals for my A series i took a punt on a mk1 cav seal kit, from description i knew it was ATE and same diameter. The kit arrived as a complete internal assembly, not same as mine but the seals were the right ones so i swopped them over to my original assembly.
