Water Pump - Which Type?

Pump for fixed fan had a flat face with four bolt holes in.

Pump for visco had the pulley, usually with a cone shape and a large threaded secsion sticking out of the middle.

The one ambiguity is some pumps, usually seen on older 6 cylinder motors used the standard pump with four bolt holes bur a different visco coupleing that bolted to this essentially standard pump.

All the bolts used to secure pulley and fixed fan or pulley and the wierd visco had 10mm heads.

Basically if there are 4 bolt heads holrding the pulley and / or fan on it is one type, and if no bolt heads visible the other.
