dynamytedan Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 i think the ebay seal is designed to only work going forwards (there might be a small arrow on it for one direction only) once you start reversing its getting damaged. where as the original is both directions . so it works/leaks both ways . HutchRoslin Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 I have the 1.8 gearbox. Is it the same seal for the 1.8 and the 2.0? Is there any other seal, from another car, that would fit?
