stianøverland
hello from Norway, please excuse my english early 2010 i bought this car from a friend of mine who had it for many years. the paint was in poor condition, even tho the pics tell otherwise. it was placed in a backyard for some years because of a broken differential so it tok me a couple of hours to dig it out from the snow. this was before my friend "put it away" he wanted to keep the ats classics, so i had to buy some new rims. thiese are 89'compomotive cxn split rims with magnesium center, 9x16 and 8x16. i also replaced the diff with a LSD. and i had myself a lovely oldtimer and after some paint and yellow headlights it turned out real nice recently i parked the car for some years. i have some plans for it, but i wont post everything yet its very little rust, much less then what i thought it was måtte ha en plass å legge det ikke en eneste rustflekk, ikke under på frontplata heller, merkelig litt mer her kommer bilder når jeg skal opp å skru igjen har forresten også kommet godt i gang med compomotivene. måtte ha ny farge på de, for å prøve noe nytt =) har også brukt over 40 timer på å slipe og polere banene, og har enda 2 felger igjen før i have also started on the comps, i need a new color on them, due to the new paintjob that will come. ive used about 40 hours to sand off the chrome, and polish the lip on two of the rims after Dennis wanted to help dad, great to have a little helper the front fender was welded in the front, and glued in the back, so it tok some time to pick it apart, but went fine heres the roomate -later then i bought a steering quickener, hydraulic handbrake, new wheel, and YZF R1 Carbs, these will be fitted to the 2.2 CIH now i have scraped of about a half kilo of body mass from the left inner side, i found that there have been a little rust repair there earlyer so ill just cut out everything and start from scratch. -later
