Alf
Hi, I had the Britax sunroof on my Commodore repaired by, Peter Harvey, 1, Stonar Gardens, Sandwich, Kent. CT13 9LJ. 01304 614412. He did an amazing job, I was very pleased, he's also a very helpful chap, I can recommend!! Cheers, Alf.
Devil Fish
If pop-out glass ... just buy a new land rover defender one like I did for the 400r... was exactly the same size... lovely new leak proof seals

Alf
Hi, I couldn't find a good photo of mine but you can see from the one below, it fitted pretty good afterwards, I have to say, I wouldn't do it again, they are expensive and the Britax roof was a 'budget' roof in it's day, if I had a Webasto I wouldn't mind forking out to get it restored but the Britax was noisy at any speed over 70Mph and also leaked water/rain at speeds above 50Mph, I think that's pretty much expected, they don't have good seals and no amount of fiddling around can stop it, personally, it spoiled my enjoyment of the car and if I did it again I would either fit a Webasto or a new roof skin and do away with it!! Cheers, Alf.
DiMarco
Hi Alf, mine had it on when i bought it and is cheaper than putting a new skin on the top. I have to ask you have a side exit exhaust where did you get that made and the price if you dont mind. Mine is running a V8 and is so close to the ground but want to keep with the side exit and suck it more into the body.
DiMarco
Just sent it off to get restored at the end of the day if the hole car is going to be restored might as well sort that.
Alf
Hi, I made the exhaust myself, you can buy all the parts on Ebay and just weld it up yourself, especially a one box side exit, there's not much too it!! Cheers, Alf.
