There will be 8 Manta's going, if you can go then come over for a chat. Rapierdave Posted June 24, 2014 Author Share Posted June 24, 2014 Hi Chris Will hopefully get to meet you on Saturday for the Castle Combe retro day, also i understand you are entered in the Chipping Sodbury car run on Sunday 29th June i'll be there as well in my Manta it'll be nice to see two Mantas on the run will make a nice change from all the MG's & Stags for any one whose interested there will be 200 classic cars & 20 classic bikes leaving Chipping Sodburys historic high street between 8:45 am & 10:15 am in a rally style start for a run up into the cotswolds, finishing point is Old Down Country Park near Bristol, i am hoping James Coghlan will be at the finishing point around 13:30 in his Manta as well. http://www.olddowncountrypark.co.uk/events There are some interesting cars taking part including 1923 Austin 12/4 1950 Bentley Le Mans 1965 Sunbeam Tiger 1971 Vauxhall Victor FD 1985 Citreon CX GTi Turbo 1988 Toyota MR2 MK1 1984 Vauxhall Astra GTE MK1 Plus of course two Opel Manta's Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
