®evo03
Im sure loads have done it differently, but I have succeeded to stop an oil leak after several trys with one rubber baffle gasket. previously I did try baffle, and sump gasket, then two sump gaskets. this one gasket basically it slides over the baffle, try searching 1.8 manta gasket. use Vauxhall (GM) black sealant. top part of this gasket seals baffle tray to eng block, bottom part seals sump to baffle gasket. best to locate gasket to baffle, use sealant both sides of baffle tray (on the inside of gasket), and let it dry for a bit! then continue.
