h0tr0dder_uk
I won't be able to measure mine up until this weekend so thought I'd see if anyone knows off the top of their head how wide an A series Manta engine bay is (between the chassis rails). I found a great engine but fear it may be too wide.
mantaray
60cm from chassis rail lip to lip, or 64cm if you remove the lip.

upk
Your not going to let 7.12cm put you off are you?
h0tr0dder_uk
Lol. Usually it wouldn't bother me but I really don't wanna chop this car about. But the engine I'm thinking of is super tempting...........

MicsManta
if i was going to use a merc engine i would use the 63 (6.2) engine out of the c63 and so on, basicaly just because of the sound (i herd one pull out of a junction and it sounded amazing).
