I ended up getting two rebuild kits, and it turned out neither was complete, but between the two he managed to get all the bits needed. If you don't fancy doing it yourself, or have anyone local there are companies who will do it for you, https://www.pastparts.co.uk/ seem to come recommended by others.

This is the kit I got from Autodoc for my ATE https://www.autodoc.co.uk/frenkit/7817162 apparently the washers weren't right, but he could have reused the old ones. I also got a kit from Bigg Red https://www.biggred.co.uk/product/brm-master-cylinder-kits/brake-master-cylinder-repair-kit-brm1124/BRM1124?fbclid=IwAR2eBJ__3tBa6VnQSFi7wiZY9wv4H3jkOW7qLgp0xbX1Pfw0Tp7v_2N97n4 which had the right washers but had a seal missing.
