There is no cost for the club to exhibit as all car clubs are given free stand space if they meet certain conditions (to promote the show to our members and on socials etc and actually turn up and put on a professional display at the event). We have to sign a contract to agree to meet these conditions, and then we are granted an exhibition space at the show. For those that are helping out at the show, it does cost each club member time and travel expenses but you are rewarded with being able to represent the OMOC at a great event and generally you can meet some really great people. There are some extras that you can buy such as an electricity supply for the weekend, Shell construction (sales booth type thing), AV equipment, PDQ terminals and carpet etc. We try to be as self sufficient as possible, whilst putting on as decent a show as we can.
