Ian N
After a couple of weeks of work, and some outlay on my own account to get a genuine Irmscher headlight scanned and files obtained, I'm pleased to announce I can now offer good quality 3D printed headlight bezels for the following prices. Single side (RH or LH) - £215 each Full set (RH and LH) Regular price - £425 per pair Full set (RH and LH) OMOC Members price - See the club members part section for details! Printed in ASA - ABS style material which should be high strength and good thermal resistance (softening temp of 98C) Price covers P&P within the UK - recorded delivery with tracking number. If shipping internationally - P&P is not covered will be quoted in addition to the price. Do check on import charges as these will be applied at the border and I will not cover these. Lead time is 2 weeks including printing and shipping, I'll try and dispatch these on a 48hr delivery service within UK. I'll be doing group orders of 3 sets at a time - First come first serve basis. 20% deposit up front is required to get a slot - Non refundable if order is canceled after printing has commenced. Single headlight - £43 Paired set of headlight - £85 Remaining balance to be paid once I have parts from the printers ready to ship out. Orders will be placed once all slots are placed. Paypal payment preferred as to protect both sides - this will be Pm'ed to all those interested and money held there until I have full payment and I have dispatched the parts. I'll update people via PM whom have paid deposits on progress. The parts will come freshly printed and will have a rough surface finish to them, this is a result of the printing process, but means a good quality high build primer for plastics can be applied , sanded and then painted - of note the ASA (ABS style) does have an material softening limit of 98C before softening and could distort, so bear this in mind if you plan to bake these in a paint booth. They are un-drilled but do have the bosses for drilling both location holes for the headlights as part of the print but no mounting location - this is up to customers. Pictures below are of the models and the likely finished look, of note that part was done for Car SOS.
