keith1200
Outer chassis leg; 1mm Inner swan neck; 1.5mm Inner low leg; 2mm Once you cut away the outer, you'll understand.

keith1200
Spent nearly £30 buying a measuring kit from Machinemart, to measure the chassis leg. http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/cm250-measuring-set After welding the new metal in? it looked good A post covers are only 0.8mm. Anyhow I could be wrong but it did work for me. ps also checked the left-hand lenght-wise member and that was 1mm. [edit] Eckhard's outer chassis leg replacements are 1.5mm sooo I'm probably right about the 1mm Edited March 21, 2010 by keith1200
