I remember buying a new one in the middle eighties £27.00.icluding VAT! OK don't start shooting me down in flames!! only making a comparison on what inflation and scarcity does to the price of everything, not only car parts.Some very nice much saught after parts here though. paulgijssen Posted October 17, 2010 Author Share Posted October 17, 2010 in the middle eighty's i could buy almost brandnew ascona 400 for Hfl. 5000 or max Hfl. 10000 (dutch money), like euro 5000 what are they now ? when manta b was sold new front fender was approx euro 50, now thirty (30) years later the cost ? amazing !!!
