Bloke has a couple of gearboxes too I'm not sure if they're 14's or 15's.... If you are after a set then Drew Turner does sets of 15 x 6's at a sensible price. They'd be fine for the front of a 400 rep if you were converting to 5 stud, but I think the original 400 front wheels were 15" and with a bit of a dished front? My Dad's got 30+ of these Royale/Senator wheels sat in his garden that I've tried giving away on here in the past and got no response, if anyone's interested now's the time to say!
