waite01
so i took the plunge about a month ago now and nocked on the door of a house with a A series that i have been passing for years, the car had not turned a wheel in around 7 or so years apparently and was looking fairly sorry for its self, but in the heat of the momment i bought it and here she is!! i got her home and had a further inspection but the list goes on and on and on. so far all i have done is removed the interior to give it a chance to dry out as it was soaking wet! the list of panels which need attention are: every section of the floor boot wheel wells sills inner sills front wings both doors bonnet bootlid both rear quaters all 4 wheel arches bulk head probably the chassi rails but have not dared to look at them yet but hey its only metal and it can be replaced right ?? :S the good news is she fired up almost instantly and rain sweet as can be!! anyway this is my first post and im sure there will be many many updates in the future when i get cracking on it. plan is to fully restore it and go back to its originall colour of silver so for now i will leave you with some pictures Edited September 2, 2012 by waite01

spiney_norman
Looks like a good little project there! Interesting that Lancia Beta alloys fit, they're a different stud spacing, does your car have some sort of adapters on?
