Rear Axle Stabiliser Bushes

My Rear Stabiliser (that's what Haynes calls it) is different from what is shown in the Haynes Manual. The pictures below show the bushes/brackets on each end. I'm assuming as usual Haynes don't cover every change to the car very well. I cannot see how to get them off (without hacking them to bits) to replace them, if indeed you can. Any help/advice much appreciated.

They are awkward, but might come off with some twisting.

They are the same bushes as a calibra 4x4 rear antiroll bar which are still available from vauxhall so I wouldnt worry if you destroy the rubber in the removal process.
