mantasrme
This is big brake kit for the front of the manta (or chevette/ kadett etc) It consists of a set of new 284mm sierra cosworth brake discs modified to fit the manta along with a pair of early calibra Turbo calipers. The discs have been to the engineer and had the centre bore enlarged and 4 new mounting holes drilled, they share the same offset as the manta so do not require a spacer. Calipers are secondhand but have free moving pistons, dust seals in good condition and free bleed nipples. Thay come with carrier brackets and banjo bolts. You will need at least 15" wheels to fit these brakes and depending how agressivley you drive and what rear brakes you're running you might need to look at the brake ballance With standard rear drums these brakes are a little too powerfull and can result in the fronts locking with spirited driving, a rear disc conversion and correct grade of pads sorts this. Or a bias pedal box can also be used. I'm after £160 for the setup and £10 shipping to mainland uk Or you can collect from Harrogate North Yorkshire PM me or e-mail David(AT)Mantasport.co.uk Pictures to follow
