jasonj
Have any of you guys used WRC type sill stands in the standard Manta jacking points. Looking to have some made for my Ascona and seems it will work in principle but wanted to know if anyone has experience of it.?
stradacab
The wrc ones are it a 90 degree angle but the oe ones are at a slight angle, that might be something you will have to consider Can't see it being a major problem
jasonj
Yeah. I figured I would have to have some made up to suit rather than get off the shelf ones.
Autocrosser
I use loose pins and axle stands on mine atm but I'll be welding the pins to the stands when the time comes. Nothing to stop you giving the Wrc ones a little bend to take them over 90 degrees slightly
Kevin Abbott
I'm making some using old manta jacks so they fit into the jacking points perfectly and say ' Bilstien ' on them
