hoobby
Just replaced the fuel lines round the pump and tank (2.0e 36psi) and just notice the warning on the hose as above tho is rated 50psi 3.4bar is it good to use can't see the problem unless newer injection systems run at a higher pressure. Jessopia74
permeation rate at pressure. Whilst it’s rated to 50psi, it’s normal working pressure would be considerably lower. However you are correct in the point about modern fuel pressure, some modern systems do run at higher pressure, but the fact us it’s still not warranted for the consistent pressure after the inj pump. Does it matter in real world with the Manta Jetronic pressure? Probably not, buts it’s fuel at the end of the day. Its still far better (safer) than what you took off to use with E10, but I personally would swap it out for peace of mind.

Cheers Jess bought this hose as was a lot cheaper than other gates hose now I know why injection hose is rated around 20bar 300psi so will replace them with something more suitable especially in the engine bay.
