SENNA1
My car is a Cavalier mk1 & it's been lowered at around 55mm.I'm currently on 195/55/15 tyres & i need new ones now. What i'm thinking to fit,is 205/50/15 tyres. What tyre dimensions do you guys use? Cheers

Snowy
I will be using 205/50/15 on the cav when it is finished. I have never run that size before and i cannot seem to find many makes in this size. What brand are you guys using/recommend for road use. Thanks
mantasrme
I've run Falken before and liked them, but am now onto Toyo T1-r tyres which are very very good. They may not last as long as a Pirelli or similar but have much more grip, so i think the trade off is worth it. Cheapest i found was £200 for 4 from e-bay inc delivery, Plus whatever it costs to get them fitted/ballanced (i fit my own at my mates garage ) Suprisingly the 195/50x15 tyres are much cheaper (must be a more common size nowadays) I've just fitted a set of 4 195/50x15 Toyo T1-R tyres to my mates manta which were £140 delivered He's got a standard GT/e lump in the front so the slightly marrower tyre shouldn't be an issue Certainly gripped well enough when i test drove it
