spiney_norman
What do you mean by wider? Is it a wider wheel arch? If so you might have picked up a 400 style front wing, otherwise all front wings should be more or less the same shape, the hubs were all the same right the way through the Cav/Manta range with the exception of the 400s. Any pictures?
mantadoc
Check wheel offset if necessery try on opposite sides but most likely........... measure your diagonals

mantadoc
Check your diagonals to check the engine bay is square
pat
are we talking the wing being wider on one side or the wheel projecting further on one side & if so is it on the front or rear as if lowered by any amount the panhard rod on the rear axle pushes the axle over , but lowering will not affect the front ends offset
keith1200
If it's only out by 2 or 3 mm's then you'll probably have to slack-off all the bolts and adjust the wing. If it's out by 1 cm or more! hmmm Some the club guru's will be able to give you good advice once you post-up picture's.
shooie811
turns out it was a broken spring and it was accually sitting lower on one side making the wing look wider because the wheel was being coverd by the arch more thanx anyhow. cheers
