manta400john
You could buy a fused 4-pin relay from your local motor factor and use another fog light switch to turn it on and off. Most relays have a diagram on the packaging and the relay casing....you'll see what I mean when you get one. John.
mantadoc
find a T piece of a 1.8 sierra or weld a nut to a piece of pipe or have someone solder a boss to your radiator. If it is the only fan having a manual switch will mean you eventually forget it one day and overheat your car
Glb8686
Does your radiator have a Fan switch on it? If not use a radiator from a corsa, astra etc. If you have a fan switch in the Rad Wire up as follows... Swicthed live to switching side of relay, earth to chassis. Feed from batt to switched side of relay, then to fan switch then to fan then earth at chassis.

Unless changing rad for cooling reasons makes more sense to make an in hose adaptor, add to rad or just buy one of these for £16 to save messing about with rad mounts. mantasrme
Here's a basic diagram i've posted before, As Mantadoc says you can get an inline adaptor (or make one) and fit a thermoswitch to control the rad fan. If you want you can also have a dash switch, but having a dash switch only is a good recipie for a boiled engine when you forget to turn it on. Fitting a rad from a corsa/astra would not be my choice in any way. They are a completly different shape than the manta one and would require a load of chopping of metal and new pipe runs. Plus they both use a seperate expansion tank. If your manta rad has seen better days get it re-cored with more modern and efficient elements and while they're doing that get them to put a thermo switch boss in the bottom for you. Thats what i've done with mine
