lamchop77 Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 The main prob with the manta axle is the bearing mount at the front of the torque tube. The "rally" fix was to make a steel strap plate to go over the bearing and then fill the gaps in the mounting bush with silicone sealant. Most of the rear bushes ive seen on older cars are not in bad nick usually but a change to poly bushes will improve things. opel2000 Posted June 14, 2012 Share Posted June 14, 2012 Failing all that............ NOT so large around town always helps followed by correct spring rates and decent shocks.
