The plan is cut down into it following the rod frame to remove then get one made up in stainless steel but don't know what's going  to be best to back fill the cavity with.

also can someone give me information on how the rods stick out the bottom are they  all in aline if I look down the length or different angles some pictures would be great if someone got one off.

cheers mick would you say they come out square to the surface can you take another pic so your looking level with the bottom facing up as if your trying to line the studs up like the first pic but lower angle

Difficult to get a clear shot. They look like there all over the place but roughly square. On cars I’ve seen the gaps between the spoiler and side pieces vary wildly. So if you left space for some wedge shaped shims you could adjust for a better fit. CD4DE348-CD64-4FED-A6A7-56FBBFE75D04.thumb.jpeg.0950281a83b7847c36fdff58ae960770.jpegDD95B804-93EE-4B84-B25B-9378FE7158D5.thumb.jpeg.76bdac21a3ff80c7ef480d6dce1aad8e.jpeg

Have been looking into what to back fill the cavity with once the new frame is inside  must be form a strong bond with the foam and be flexible any suggestions or can someone tell me what the proper material name  for what these spoilers are made of next pic is a sample of the foam.
