😂 No that's rebuild, you have to lock brushes closed to fit casing. It's a piece of copper wire, just forgot to remove it before pic. 😂

ah yes thats the pic i meant ( second to last one !)sorry.

and great .at least you found a fault .thats the diode trio .i must admit ive never seen one of those be faulty .but obviously anything can be . great. are you going to try it back on the car to check it ?
