Happy Christmas everyone, due to some issues,  I need to build up a new 2.4 Frontera head for my car. Wheres's the best place to buy new stock rocker arms/valve caps and valve keepers?

Might sound silly but have you tried a good vauxhall garage. We had a good local one where the guy was very helpful even ordered parts in from Germany. Then he went and retired. 🤨

Why do you need new rocker arms? They are very hardy, take a huge amount to force wear.
Caps, spring caps? Or seals?

and retaining collets?

Same as all CIH so should be easy enough to get excellent condition used. Otherwise you can use retaining caps and collets from any engine that is dimensionally the same .

I am looking at producing over 300 bhp, with a larger turbo, so want everything to be new....

Ah,  then the issue is different, but that’s going to be a different proposition. Should be easily able to hit 300bhp with around 1Bar. So the changes to the rocker/spring caps should match the larger rated springs pressure you’re going to need. I seem to recall some Chevy valve springs fit as did some early Porsche, if I find the info I’ll post it up. it’s only about the spring diameter and valve stem.
Valve retaining caps are 9mm, spring diameter is around 34mm, but needs to be measured as can’t recall the min/max int/ext diameter that can be used.

anyway, Krause have probably everything you need and do respond to queries. https://www.krause-rennsporttechnik.de/shop/en/Engine/CIH/Cylinder-Head-Parts

They used to do alloy rockers on a shaft setup too but not sure if still available.
