Mototechnics
Anyone have any ideas for replacing, repairing the cones on the front crossmemeber where the bump stop rubbers live?? Both mine are rusted at the ends where the rubber fits in Edited September 8, 2013 by Mototechnics
stradacab
Probably cut them off and replace. I don't think they are available as a spare part. Is it possible to make a disc that will fit into the end and take the rubber and weld it on?. Don't forget if you car is lowered, I think people take a bit of length out of the stop to do it properly anyway so you could kill two birds with one stone

Mototechnics
Cutting the end off and welding in a plate is the way I'll go. Sometimes you need someone looking at it from away from the problem to have a different/better perspective/ideas. Especially if your new to restoring Mantas and not a Manta 'expert' with lots of experience. mantadoc
Klokkerholm do the parts. If not into complete ones have to improvise.
