The car was resprayed 6 years ago. It has a large Webasto sliding glass sunroof in place of the original factory job. I've done approximately 4000 miles in the car, in that time I've changed most of the exhaust to a stainless steel one and replaced the front brakes. The previous owner did lots of work on the car including fitting 4 Bilstien OE spec gas shockers, new distributor cap and rotor arm, removed the petrol tank, treated what little rust there was with curust and then painted it with red-oxide paint before finishing it with industrial floor paint which sets to a hard enamel finish, rubber fuel pipes were replaced with new ones as well. The cylinder head was taken off for a decoke, the exhaust valve seats were also recut as well.Everything was cleaned, painted and put back together using a Payne gasket kit.All engine bay fuel hoses were also repaced. The radiator was re-cored(3) as well. New front wheel bearings, new front tyres, new steering rack boots and HT leads were also fitted at that time. As far as servicing goes it has had the oil+filter changed every 6 months , fuel filter was done when the tank was out and it last had plugs fitted when the head was done. The air filter is a K&N panel filter. Bodywork wise the car is smart but does have the odd blemish and could do with some touching up but the underneath of the car is in really good condition and is a credit to the person who did the major work on this car. Interior wise it's spot on with NO wear on the seat bolsters. The only thing spoiling the inside is the Sony CD player but I have the original Philips one and the tape cassette holder! The car starts first time every time and drives superbly. All I want for this car is £1,400 and I feel that this is way under market value. I need the space and hence to good price. The original Refurbishment thread for this car is at:http://forums.mantaclub.org/topic/14115-stradacabs-gte/ As usual, any questions, please ask. Many thanks for looking, Russ
