I once had a Coupe that was all black (except silver rim edges, exclusive style) No markings on, looked the Muts N... Though i wish i had a quid for everyone who asked me what the car was!

Hope you do get a job, then you can get on with the important things in life, like enjoying Manta's !

I've just given notice to leave my current job, and the place that I was supposed to be working for next has fallen through, so will be job seeking soon like you. 24 years at the same place must feel a lot more institution than workplace :-D but heck, just look at is as a change. Some people like myself haven't got that commitment and usually a personality clash means not sticking to the same job for more than a couple of years, so you've at least got the advantage of showing such a long term employment and redundancy as 'reason for leaving'.

Just so long as you spend a similar amount of time looking for work, applying for them online and actively shoving CVs under peoples noses as you spend doing a full time job, then it won't be long. You can make cut backs in so many other areas before selling the manta.

Jag, Landrover are pushing a big recruitment drive in your neck of the woods.

Wouldn't want you to lose your car and job

Yes, I went to their open day, not so long ago think there was well over 10 thousand people there fighting over vacancies..

Got another 7 weeks till Im done with, rather thinking of (for the short term) buying a van and going into the buying and selling route

general auctions and stuff, just a whimsey right now as I dont know anyone who has done anything similar
