nicgm
Opel Manta A Series 1.9 SR in citrus yellow from 1973. I have owned my Manta for 11 years but a recent change in circumstances requires the sale of my much cherished A series. Very nice condition inside and out with a remote central locking alarm and immobiliser. The engine has been bored out to 2000cc and fitted with a Piper fast road camshaft with a vernier pulley. I had the distributor rebuilt and modified at H&H ignition solutions to match the engine modifications and is fitted with an Accuspark electronic ignition system. The radiator is an Alloy unit from Flo’s. It has a Weber DGV 32/36 carburettor with a chrome pancake air filter fitted with a K&N reusable element. The alloy 2.4 rocker cover has a breather modification using a billet alloy catch tank fitted with a foam filter. Opel Manta GTE Getrag 5 speed gearbox conversion. Adjustable gas dampers front and rear. 13x7 ATS Classic alloy wheels. Original interior in good condition with a later Manta B SR steering wheel fitted. The stereo is an early Blaupunkt Wolfsburg radio with hidden lead to enable use of a personal cd or MP3 player. 11 years of written history with receipts and manuals. £12995 Ono. Price reflects condition, rarity and spares (listed below) For sale ad only as not interested in swaps or trades. Rapierdave
Very nice A I think the way to go to get the price you want for this car is to consider selling it in a classic car auction. GLWTS

TheRealExile
Agreed, maybe one for the new calendar if the owner agreed. Some cars don't look good in yellow but that just does.
