Sutty2006
The 180 strikes again. Had nothing but mither off this auto box leaking. It’s dumped oil on my garage floor while it’s been sat. Anyone changed a shift shaft seal?

cam.in.head
easy enough seal to change and although a known leak spot also check where the dipstick locates and the kickdown cable entry too .fluid often runs around and appears to leak elsewhere !
Sutty2006
I’m wondering if it’s leaked because I’ve left it in neutral for a few days. I can get a seal in the uk for a couple of quid but will need to borrow a tool off someone. Also unsure if there’s enough room, might have to lower the box down to replace it.
