Is there a possibility to find 4 brand new doors for my Cav mk1 4 door saloon?Where shall i look?There's nothing on e-bay The existing doors are rusty & i prefer a replacement. If not exactly unrusted, you stand a better chance of good doors with minimum rust by going for the earlier Ascona-type door with welded locators on for the trim, rather than holes pre-drilled for trim clips. Or maybe "L" spec doors with no trim location at all. Early car steel was better quality than later cars. Like Mantas ... I found a pair of 4 door ascona door skins at Biling last year and brought them home for the Cav project. They are about, you could also try ebay.DE and put Ascona B into the search.
