IanMc
Just a quick question today: would I be right in assuming that I need an M10 straight spline drive adapter to separate the brake disc from the hub? I have the set of M8 and M12 bits I used when I removed the head previously, but it seems I need the size between. It would be helpful if someone could confirm this before I order what I need. Thanks in advance. Edited March 4, 2018 by IanMc

Before you go rummaging through your shed, let me see if the disc can be skimmed still connected to the hub first. Thanks again!
Exclusive Opel
When I needed to do mine, I just brought a set from Halfords on a storage rail. Never managed to break it and they weren't silly money.
The General
If they don't budge, up end the hub onto the wheel studs and spray a load of WD-40 around the bolt heads. and then leave overnight. That worked for me

That worked for me Thanks, I had actually already done that. However, our machinist at work is in agreement that it’s better to try to skim the discs while still bolted to the hubs (as Chris, cam.in.head suggested) Thanks again though matey, much appreciated.
