mepbowles
Looks interesting. Is it just for a bigger reservoir or does the hammerhead provide some other function like reduced swirl during hard cornering?

It is the same as the standard sump fitted to all 1800 mantas from factory. the design gives extra capacity over a straight sided one. The 2 litre sump is pressed steel, the 1800's were cast alloy.
