Will They Fit?

I would agree with the 14" min.

I've got a set of these to go onto my Manta once I sort out the calipers, but pretty sure about that Min wheel size of 14".

Just the post a minute or to before mine, must say that shows that it is possible

Stand corrected

I tried and tested this, disk is carlton 2.2 vented with astra 16v caliber, if the caliber is mounted to the original manta hub, it would make no difference what disk,

I tried this setup, with a 8inch wide ATS, the reason a ats fits and a rostyle wont, is that the ats has no steps etc, in the cast of the wheel, from the inside edge of the tyre to the back of the centre of the rim, is flat, it doesnt rise like the rostyle, didnt try a 14 inch GTE rim, but think they would fit?

I take it manta A and B hubs are the same? and original brake disks and calibers are the same?

Thats right. The Carlton 2,2 brakes can run inside a ATS (6, 7 or 8" wide) alloy, but they wont run inside original 13" steel and possible also other 13" rims will have problems.
