Daza
I need a 20SEH engine, loom and ECU from a MK2 Cavalier SRI 2.0 8v, for an engine conversion in my Manta Coupe. If anyone has one tucked away, or taking up space in their garage, and want to move it on, please let me know. Thanks, Darren

Daza
Im in constant coms with Kev, the Carltons lower power than the sri setup. He said better off going XE, 20SEH are proving hens teeth....
Snowy
The Carlton's 20SE is the same as the 20SEH except for two things. The camshaft and ECU. It might be a lot easier to find the cam and ecu for an SEH rather than the entire engine. Just be careful as some after market sellers claim the NE, SE & SEH cams are the same. They are not. I have a parts book somewhere that tells the colour codes of each cam.

andyc
Some very early Mk3 Cavaliers had the SEH as did the MK2 Astra. Just had a look on the Cavalier Club Forum but nothing listed Andy
Snowy
The mk3 cavalier SRI had the 20SEH up until they started fitting cats. But be careful as I was nearly caught out. I found an SRI with a 20NE engine fitted. So just because it doesn't have a cat doesn't mean it's a 20SEH. Worth asking about this one? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-2-0-8v-Engine-/262245027134?hash=item3d0f058d3e:g:r64AAOSwqYBWm4Yb

mantasrme
If you are talking about the 20SEH head/cam on e-bay that is only a camshaft and cam carrier. There is no Head, what he has in the picture is all he has. Oh and you have PM about an SEH
Snowy
I have an SEH engine complete with ECU but no loom. But the 20NE looms are the same. If you are interested let me know. I only bought it as I wanted the F16cr gearbox attached to it. I pick it up Friday.

Just be careful you're getting an SEH and no an NE. Some people don't know the difference
